Logan Terrell
Founder and Owner
Logan has had a passion and love for dogs since an early age. His first adult dog, Diesel, opened his eyes to the world of professional dog training and the opportunities that come with working closely with dogs.
Driven to grow his skills, Logan learned from experienced trainers whom he still considers mentors today. He has dedicated years to studying canine behavior and even taught himself German commands to communicate more effectively with his dogs.
Logan’s expertise spans behavior rehabilitation, working with Police K9s, tracking, training service dogs, and both on- and off-leash obedience. His commitment to understanding the “why” behind canine behavior forms the foundation of Charged-Up K9 LLC’s training philosophy.
Matt Gutierrez

Matt joined the Charged-Up K9 team over two years ago after meeting Logan in 2020 while seeking training for his own dog, and he’s been a tremendous asset ever since. His passion for dog training began after college, when he spent a couple years working as a Kennel Hand. Matt’s ability to clearly communicate and address each client’s unique training needs truly sets him apart. He’s dedicated to helping owners build better communication with their dogs so they can both live their best lives together. As the owner of multiple dog breeds himself, Matt brings versatility and hands-on experience to training dogs of all breeds and temperaments.
Nick Kazlauskas

Nick developed his passion for dogs early in life, growing up with a wide variety of breeds. He originally joined Charged-Up K9 LLC as a client, but his interest in the work—especially police K9 training—quickly inspired him to become part of the team.
Nick has gained hands-on experience training different temperaments and working styles. This background gives him a unique advantage in his photography role: he understands canine behavior, drive, and body language, allowing him to capture each dog at their best. His training experience helps him anticipate movement, communicate effectively with the dogs, and photograph them in a way that highlights their personality, power, and progress.
Now, Nick combines his love for dogs, his training knowledge, and his creative eye to produce dynamic, engaging visuals that represent the heart of Charged-Up K9 LLC.
