Program Package

Program is based on $1,000 per week.

Charged-Up K9 LLC – Board & Train Refund Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dog’s board & train spot and is applied toward the total cost.

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the start date will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the deposit.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued once training has begun, including early pickup or unused days.

• One reschedule may be allowed with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred one time only.

• Refunds are not provided based on training results.

• If Charged-Up K9 LLC must cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued or the client may reschedule.

By booking services with Charged-Up K9 LLC, the client agrees to this policy.
